Wests Tigers Roarstore will gladly refund or exchange any product ordered online under the following conditions:

All returns or exchanges must be within 21 days of purchase (happily extended for Christmas holiday periods)
Proof of purchase (receipt) is required with all returned items
Items must be in their original condition. All tags and packaging must be intact.
Strictly NO exchange or refunds on items with heat press names or number/s applied
Refunds will only be issued if product is damaged or faulty.

Wests Tigers Roarstore reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if the above conditions are not met.
