How does parking work on game day? +
Parking availability at stadiums is extremely limited. We strongly encourage guests to utilise public transport wherever possible to ensure a smooth arrival and departure.

Can I on-sell or transfer my hospitality tickets? +
Hospitality tickets cannot be sold or transferred to third parties.
Is sponsorship available as an add-on to corporate hospitality? +

How do I obtain a tax invoice? +
If you require a tax invoice for your hospitality purchase, please email sponsorship@weststigers.com.au and include your Shopify order number. A tax invoice will then be generated and sent to you.
Where will I receive my tickets? +
All hospitality tickets are issued digitally and will be emailed to the address associated with your booking during the week of the game. If you have not received your tickets by the day prior to the event, please check your junk or spam folder.
Can children attend hospitality areas? +
If you wish to purchase a ticket for a person under the age of 16, please email us at sponsoship@weststigers.com.au.
What is the dress code for hospitality areas? +
The dress code across all hospitality areas is Smart Casual, designed to create a comfortable and enjoyable environment for all guests. The following items are not permitted: Thongs Gym or activewear Beachwear (including board shorts) Clothing displaying offensive images or slogans Revealing, unclean or torn clothing Team jerseys are welcome when styled appropriately with smart casual attire.
