Shipping policy

 

Products purchased from Wests Tigers Roarstore are dispatched from Sydney, Australia. Orders are shipped via Australia Post, and we aim to provide a fast dispatch service.

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only.

Delivery Times and Cost

The delivery times below include processing/handling and estimated shipping time.
If ordered before 10am on weekdays, we will endeavour to dispatch your order the same day.

Australia – Standard Post
Up to 5 business days from dispatch – $12.00

Australia – Express Post
Up to 2 business days from dispatch – $15.00

New Zealand – Registered International
Up to 10 business days from dispatch – $25.00 NZ

Click & Collect

We aim to prepare Click & Collect orders within 24 hours.
You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection.
Delivery timeframes are guides only and may vary based on location and Roarstore workload.

Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Unclaimed or Returned Parcels

Parcels returned to Roarstore will incur an additional postage cost if re-delivery is required. If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel returns to us, extra postage costs will apply for re-delivery.


Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Wests Tigers Roarstore complies with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures, and a replacement for minor issues.

Change of Mind

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days if the item is unused, in original condition and has tags attached. We do not accept returns for personalised products.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us.
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if required.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 14 days for eligible items, subject to stock availability. Price differences may apply.
